MS Word Question

Hey Good People,

Hope the weekend was great.

I have my resume saved and all, but the that I've done are still showing whenever I open the document. I need to email and I am concerned that the recipient will see all the colors etc. What can I do to prevent this?

SMH - I'm on a laptop that just kiaan tek fast typin for some reason...don't ask. The cursor will just jump from one part of the sentence to another part...crosses!

Meant to say that <span style="font-weight: bold"> whenever I open up the document, it always shows the reviews and changes that I have done to the documents. In other words, I have to go to the REVIEW tab and select FINAL.</span>

How can I just have the document saved without having to go through this, as well as risking the recipient's receiving the resume in such format/appearance?

Assuming you are using MS word 2007

Try this – In the Reviewer tab select <span style="font-weight: bold">“Accept</span>” and den “<span style="font-weight: bold"> Accept All Changes in Document</span>”. All changes will be added to the document. Make sure the Track Changes is OFF before you do this. You will still need to remove the editor comments individually. So if dere are comments Delete Dem one buy one from the COMMENTS section
