1) to lower the bill. mi ask for customer retention office (or the equivalent). di eediat ooman seh dem nu have that
2) mi luggo-luggo wid she on di phone only fi hear har chat seh she can renegotiate mi bill and reduce it by $10 a month.
3) mi ask har bout returning mi equipment. she nu know nutten bout that.
4) mi haffi call them back...mi get ansa fi go to UPS store fi return equipment.
5) dem nu have no specials fi reduce bill.
6) oh dis last smaddy...sound like she was nyaming ahn chatting to me at di sed time.
7) mi gwine count,den mi gwine pack up every box inna dis house ahn ship dem back

Mi get innah wranglings wid dem bout 2 weeks agguh, aftah di ooman whey mi did a talk tuh did waan hargue wid mi bout what transpired between *I* and anaddah rep in a previous convo.

In any case, mi tell aneddah ooman rep [haftah mi heng hup pan di tempting/trifling incomp ooman] seh mi waan mi bill reduce; an mi noh happy wid di svce an might switch [mi kantrack ovah] so shi tek haff 20 dallah a month [dem haff di triple sprecial fi eighty nine sinting] and mi was paying ovah dat..


Hennie hoo I got the 79 dollahs whey dem did chaawge mi fi long distance removed fram mi bill, dem get di name and supervisor a di ooman whey did renk wid mi..and the CEO numbah still deh pan mi phone answering machine, whey waan mi fi call im fi discuss di facety gurl/ooman..

...mi noh tink mi agguh call, shi soun black and mi noh waan har fi lose har jab...[or hennieboddie fur dat mattah] but laawd know dem svces need upgrading especially innah di customah relations dept..

ILP, I just went through this yesterday with Verizon.

But I had some success. Finally . I have Verizon phone, FIOS, and TV - four Verizon boxes, 2 HD. Mr. PZ was one serious TV person, enuh . Anyway, I wanted to cut down on the TV channels as well as changing the account over to my name.

I spent about 30 minutes with a customer rep in Arizona yesterday. It was quite a roundabout conversation. He started telling me that the package I had was bundled so that if I wanted to reduce the TV channels I would need to change the entire bundle and there reduce my FIOS speed. But I kept insisting that he helped me to break down the bill. Suffice to say, I got them to reduce the TV <span style="font-style: italic">without</span> reducing the bundle and I kept my FIOS higher speed.

Changing the account over to my name was another drama. So I ended up changing the contact name only and keeping the entire account in Mr. PZ's name to avoid the drama of an FCC regulation

All this to say is, I just decided to be patient with them, listening, then asking how can I do this without that, etc. I did have a pleasant and knowledgeable rep all the same.

Peasie dem neva shoulda gi u so much ish about changing the billing name. I think all dem need is a copy of the death cert

Is a change responsible party pon de bill you want to do and while you do dat yes you can change the bundle.

Now on the other hand since dem a refuse fi change the billing name , you know you are not the responsible party pon de bill soooo you may get a bly for a while

VZ sends out the boxes for you to return the set top box. Additionally they have locations where you can drop off/pick up set top boxes.

yeah and the billing people doan know a ting about ordering so dem cyan help u wid dat so set top box = ordering
