Can't Uninstall BBerry Dsktp Mngr

Blackberry Desktop Messenger v5.0.1

I have been trying for so long to uninstall it. There's a newer version that's also acting up because v5.0.1 is acting up. It's giving me error 1316. Anyone had to solve this issue?

Yeah I tried it that way first but it wouldn't work. I even tried to use the CD to uninstall it, but it kept giving me the same error (1316 - some file is missing).

I did the uninstall manually (by deleting files and rebooting. Hope that works.

...alright. It worked, after following instructions under FOR VISTA and then deleting the INSTALLSHIELD_OLD folder.
