Ny one familar with Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security, ihave tried Norton and it was disapointing to say the least.

Virus, detect and clean softwares are only as good as the latest signature, so make sure you have the latest updates. -

I dont like these packages with a bunch of tools geared on security. I would suggest you get a stand alone firewall, anti virus, anti spyware, and anti adware as each product does one thing and does it well. If you go with a packaged deal you may get stuck with a substandard prouct because while they may make a good anti virus, that doesnt mean they know squat about firewalls etc. Often these other products are not as good as some of the other dedicated programs that stick to one thing and do it well.

I have a firewall on my router, thats a great help but setting up these virus protection is a pain in the ........
but you are right mu spybot works great even with the others,But still get spam ( cant have everything)even sometimes they are intresting.Comment
