Need to know wats wrong wid my bootleg computer

It freezes like crazy,when i turn it off it dont turn off plzz help,i wonder if it as a virus or it need memory. <u>bootleg computer</u>

Give us some more information. When did it start freezing? How much memory. How much hard drive space you have left? what operating system, do you get a lot of pop-ups. give as much info as possible.

I, or someone else will try and help you solve your problem, based on as much info as you can provide.
