Does anyone here know how to fix my bb problem...it fell and now the screen is just white. From what I can see the screen is not broken...pulled the battery and a whole lot of shebang...and nothing! the screen is still while....

Pull the battery. Then the micro memory card. Then the sim card. Wait a full minute. Put in back the sim card. Leave the micro memory card out. Put in the battery. Wait until the red light goes out. About 30 seconds to a minute. Then press the power button. Don't touch a thing for at least 15 minutes. Walk away. If it still on the white screen, it probably needs a master reset. If it works, next step is reboot again, but make sure you do a full power off. Then you can put the memory card back in . Reboot. Sometimes it's the memory card that's hung. Leaving it out, takes one possible fault out of the reboot process. Without the sim card, the phone will boot, but not do much. I just got a 9700 myself. I still can't stand the BB logic of placing things.
