Help please!!!

In the last hour I have gotten in several batches, over 50 spam.



I have a GMail account for business, it never gets spam. However, this email address I use for business too, since I need three separate email accounts for the 3 separate stores on etsy. It has to be that way, so no such thing as being able to use different folders for each store.

Is it easy to set up 3 gmail accounts?

Is there another thing I am missing besides knowing I have to read Dan hates Sam when I get a few minutes?

Restrict those accounts ONLY to the specific business at hand.

Turn on your spam blocker.

Report unwanted spam.

Delete any unwanted e-mails without opening them.

I experienced the opposite this week. I was getting less email and thinking this was great. I went into my spam box and all the legitimate mail I used to get was sitting there. It seemed Yahoo turned up their spam filter.

Thanks guys. The day I wrote that post I got over 600 spam. I have never once opened any of the spam and I was using the block/bounce routine but who the heck has that kind of time for 600 a day?

I have the 2 separate accounts for business, and the original one I have used forever, which is from the phone company ISP provider. It is the phone company email that got hit, and I use it for pretty much everything, including the 1st business.

What a PITA!

I have the spam stopped from coming into my inbox now at least, but it is still distracting because in my task bar I can see mail coming and going all day long. My ISP has a 3.95 a month spam protection that is also a virus protection so I just might sign up, maybe I can completely stop it. They have a 3 month free trial so I can see if it works.

For now though, at least I have the marked spam going straight to delete. .

That is funny. I have been getting less email now and have been thinking along the same lines &quot;this is great&quot;.

I don't even understand WHY there is spam in the first place? Some is for viagara type stuff, and some is for all sorts of drugs to cure what ails people...but isn't that illegal to buy over the counter/email? I mean, do people actually buy this stuff from the emails?



The penile enlargement creams and such are almost laughable. Do people really buy this crap?

my hotmail account has been hijacked... sending me all kinds of spam. had to delete all my contacts, but then i'm still getting tons of return receipts from the postmaster/
