Posting and blanking out some part of a picture

So I have some pictures......but the other peeps that feature in the pictures have asked me not to post it on the internet or any site.....honouring their request. They have agreed if I can blank out them face I can post it......<span style="font-weight: bold">when and if</span> I get around to doing it

So asking!! how would you blank out their face? and for example if you take pics. with them where the street sign/name is showing need to blank that out also....the only thing I know about posting pics is copying the url from my pic. (someone did help me link it to fassbook back in the day delete fass book eons ago)) and posting it here with the enter an image feature......little bro (teen) is a whip at stuff like that and am tiyad of asking him and him rattling off what I do instead of showing me dem teenagers iiesi

So.....could someone post the steps on what I do.....especially on blanking out say them face.....please and thank you.Will check back lata gone ketch another forty winks

Here is one FREE method:

2. Select the scissors tool on the left

3. trace around face (or select the circle tool to draw an oval around face)

4. click the Effect Button

5. Next to Effect, select Blur or Pixelate then click apply effect

If yuh hav Photoshop, yuh can also duh it in deh tuh:
