USB Device Not Recognized

I'm getting this message for my wireless mouse.
I've tried in on all usb ports and it still nah wukk.
I've tried other devices inna de same usb ports and they work.
I tried the said mouse (Logitech 510) inna nex laptop and it work no prob.

How do I fix this?

Now even though I don't have de likkle transmitter connected I keep hearing the sound as if I'm connecting and disconnecting it and the same fu-fool warning keep coming up.
