Re: Trio MP4 Player
Well I did a search for trio and just finding their offical site is difficult.
What product/model trio are we talking about?
What OS are you using?
Generic error? We talking a blue screen of death with a hex number or what?
Because you failed to include this information I'm submitting a URL for you (muhahaha):
How to ask a smart question (I mean this in a joking way, please don't take offense).

Re: Trio MP4 Player
[ QUOTE ]
Reby, what is the difference between a MP3 and MP4?
[/ QUOTE ]
Mp4 also includes video, wiki explains it well:
MPEG-4 Part 14, formally, ISO/IEC 14496-14:2003, is a multimedia container format standard specified as a part of MPEG-4. It is most-commonly used to store digital audio and digital video streams, especially those defined by MPEG, but also can be used to store other data such as subtitles and still images. Like most modern container formats, MPEG-4 Part 14 allows streaming over the Internet. The official filename extension for MPEG-4 Part 14 files is .mp4, thus the container format is often referred to simply as MP4. Devices that play .mp4 files are referred to as MP4 players.

Re: Trio MP4 Player
I'm using IE....I get the IE illegal operation or something like that error. The box states: Trio Portable Multimedia Player. The booklet states Trio 819F MP3/Video Player.
No offense taken, you have always been a great help.
