remote connection or screensharing gui

Does anyone know of a remote connection/sharing gui (preferably) that I can use to share screen with another user who is located elsewhere and on a different network? I want to walk my sister through some MS DOS batch file creation tuition and I think it would be better done through some type of file/screen sharing gui (similar to netmeeting). I just can't see to find one.

I thought GotoMeeting would be a good choice but they are asking for credit card sign up for trial and mi nuh inna dat.

Windows have built in desktop sharing capabilities, as well as, there are services similar to WebEx, that will give you a trial period for FREE (about 14 days. Says no credit cared required).

showmypc.com is another one. Seem to work fine if you 'allow' it through the firewall. You can change the 256 color to full color if you have a high speed connection.

logmein is another one.

You can also remote RDP into their pc if they have a public ip. Have her go to the dos prompt and type ipconfig. Then have her read the ip. If it start with 192 then you will not be able to remote to it with RDP.

We did it via WebEx and it worked very well. The sign up was easy and the GUI interface worked real good. I sent her the invite via an email and we both dialed into an access number with passcode.
