I hate it. It is not like my beloved FF. There are no menu bars. It does not give me option to have cookies/history cleared each time I exit the browser. It persist at keeping..tracing my web activities which I find annoying. I do like the translate functionality.

I had to uninstall Firefox as the new version 7.0.1 is just rife with problems and loads web sites extremely slow. I have not been an IE user in a decade and do not plan to use it as a preferred browser. I tried out the Apple whatever it is and did not like it either.

I want back Firefox but not the new version 7.0.1. Have been trying to find where to get an older version but no luck.

Options &gt; under the hood &gt; click the content settings button &gt;under &quot;cookies&quot; check the &quot; Clear cookies and other site and plug-in data when I close my browser&quot;.

Mi agree wid yuh. Only ting mi like bout it is dat it light weight, an di speed. Sometimes mi noh get di https showing pan ie eida.

The one thing that I like about GC is the translation option it gives...Still prefer FF

Yes, GC is fast but annoying as heck.

Is there a way to see that drop down list of sites where you typed in the URL? That is the most annoying thing!! Getting to recent/often visited sites requires additional clicks or mercy, I have to lift my fingers and type something. Why can't I just mouse through a drop-down list and click on the site I need.

If anybody knows how to set this up, please share.

when you open a new tab it shows you most commonly visited sites as well as some of the recently closed

Yes, that requires extra work on my part. I wan the list in the current tab I am using.

Hold the mouse pointer over the icon to the left of the &quot;www&quot; URL address, den click and hold it. It re-sets each time you shut down the browser though.

My daughter got a new laptop over the summer and that is the only browser she has on it. Mi nuh understand it and mi nuh use it. When mi open the chrome mi see bout 6 windows set up like slide show and no search box

I just downloaded FF on my machine last week must be the latest version looks good so far

You mean the round circle that looks like a globe? I clicked on that and got information about this site.

Mi noh deh ah home, soh mi caa look pan mi own browser.

Each address usually hav an icon right next tuh di Http://, or maybi it was di back arrow butten, mi caa remember exactly.

Click pan wan of di two ah dem an hold, yuh will si di previous address yuh typed in for dat session.

Control - H will bring up the history and the cursor will be right in the search box. When you start typing, it start searching. You can also use your bookmarks bar to keep stuff. If you click and hold down the left arrow at the top of the page, it will show a drop down of the most recent sites or you can click on full history, which takes you the same place as Control - H.

IE 9 is noticeably quicker than IE8 and IMO is on par with the speed of Chrome.
