plug in mi flat screen all i see. seem like the screen is cracked inside i am so upset. mi just feel fi mash up di whole place and go lie dung sleep.

call sony dem say is close to $600 USD for a new screen and in the same breath she telling me bout others tvs dem have on special.....why these bloody screen so blankety blank blank bleeping expensive? call a techy guy i know him say there is no fixing these u have to replace the whole screen. i am gonna cry.

How long have you had the tv? I know if you pay with certain credit cards (I think Amex does this) they have a purchase guarantee built in for a year

there should be a manufacturer's guarantee for at least 6 months to a year

if you just took it out the box - return it

there is always the law of merchantabilty . . .

if you got it off the back of the truck - you done it!

no we had it going on 3 yrs now. i shipped it to JA and obviously mi never ship it good. or maybe it was when we unpacked and re packed a di warf (sp)
