I can see few people buying this and being really excited about it only to have Apple bring out the next generation of phone with a slightly different design that does not quite accommodate the fit or God forbid they move the location of the camera slightly on the future iPhone models.

I have the 8x zoom on my droid and it give me about 24 x zoom overall.
I bought it at tge same time with mmy Droid. I forgotten it until i saw this post.

I saw it a while back and thought it was cool. I can see times where this gadget can come in handy when you don't want to log a big camera. Some of these lens are reasonably priced.
