Broad Band issue

I have an issue with my broad band..

Every time the phone goes the broadband cuts out... I have to turn off the router and back on...

Is there anything I can check on some kind of settings that I can check..???

Howwould I access the router settings to check...????

do you have a land line ? or a VOIP ? wireless or wired router ?

you should be able to access your router settings via the manufacturer's web page -back when you first set it up you probably had a username/password.

Need to know the provider, router manufacturer and model of the router to be able to help. You'll need to also find your router login. (Do NOT provide it to us.) Once you find all that, we'll be able to help.

Yes, there are settings you can check or adjust to make it run better.

Yuh hav DSL or Cable, and is yuh phone internet based, or analog?
