where there is an animated image and static text in the same gif file?

i have photoshop for 28 days if someone can direct me to steps that do it it will be greatly appreciated

btw said gif is being used with google sites which is a real pita if u want to customize to wazoo

I have seen it done, however I am not an expert in that area. Soh basically yuh want it di reverse ah how dem duh it inna Powerpoint presentations, whe di image is static an di text is animated? Does it have tuh bi done only in Photoshop?
Mi wi wait fi di odda, former, bow-tie wearing, pocket-protector, eggheads fi com gi yuh som help.

You have to experiment with some of the gif builders. A gif like the one you listed is comprised of a few static images and the gif builder ads them together. Think like the old stick figures we used to do in school on the book pages. So you have to find a gif builder that can break down an existing animated gif into its individual images, then you can insert your own. When you insert your own, you have to ensure your picture is similar in size to the existing ones, otherwise it does some strange things. Even if you edit one of the existing pictures to add text, that edited picture must be resized again to match, otherwise your new compiled gif will look wierd. (and again, do some strange things.). Since you said you're using photoshop, I can tell you when I used to use photoshop, it worked, but those layers added some serious bytes to the existing image. There were some other simple photo editors that worked much better. You can also convert video to gif images with some of the tools. I don't recall the names since it has been 10 or more years when I used to mess with that stuff, but the info is still good. I see gifs of recent videos all the time.
