my puter not recognizing my games website

my computer keeps telling me it cannot access the WildTangent games website - i must retype the url or check if it spell correct.

but i can get into the WildTangent account i created when i contemplated buying games...

what could have happened?

What we need to start-Browser version, operating system version. What you doing to access the website when it gives the error? Step by step.

Then we can tell you how to check certain things. It could be as simple as flushing the DNS cache, it could be bad as a DNS hijack. Some of those hijacks are a RPITA to fix. Then you have tool bars that hide the browser address bar. Could be the firewall blocking it. So many possibilities...

Provide the info requested, but also try giving the web site permission in your browser. The browser may be blocking it. Also try rebooting the computer.
