what did you do after that? Did you explain to them that you cannot buy a car without a test drive or did u tell them bout dem pawts &amp; leff

if it not certified pre owned it is customary dat u can tek the car to ur mechanic fi a good lookover..

It's a new place, and I think the lot guy is new to the process...
