did you know that when you bring your car to the dealership even for repairs, they have whats known as a overnight test drive???

well, be careful cause this lovely girl, took her nice mercedes to the dealership for a 'check engine light' problem, and well, what she got was a nightmare~

no car, and a 8g in debt!

how?

the mechanic took her car and drove 25mls to his home for "overnight testing" crashed the car, and finally wehn the insuracnce company paid her book value of 25g, she was left owing the finance company over 8g on her loan~

I would think the dealership would pay for the entire replacement. When she brought the car into svc she signed an agreement for repairs.. what did the fine print say about damages while in the repair shop.

Dat is noting but ah made up term dem use fi unnecessarily drive people cyars fi dem own use.

Most test drive can be accomplished during the service department normal business hours.

Why did she not sue the dealership?

Yes, yuh signed fi dem fi perform some test drive, but NOT fi wreck yuh bloody cyar.

By di way, dis is not di fus time dis kina ting has happened.
