Here are the words ugliest cars for 2010. My model, the XB, is on the list. I have a 2006 model which is "boxier". Is your car on this list? Which do you think is the ugliest?

The Acura ZDX is a $45,000 hatchback that looks like a cross between a small SUV and a station wagon. Fewer than 160 of them sold last month in the United States; just over 3,000 have sold there at all. Yet the ZDX gets acceptable reviews from Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports, who praise its all-wheel-drive and handling. Why isn't this car selling better?

Maybe because it's ugly, says John McElroy, the host of Autoline Daily. &quot;For some reason, [Acura] has settled on this grill that I've described as a goofy jack-o-lantern grin,&quot; he says. &quot;I don't know anybody who likes it.&quot;

Those are really ugly cars. My cars did not make the list.

In 2006, the Scion XB was all the rage with the 18-year olds.

@ Peasie, they thought they would attract 18 year olds but really it attracted people like me who want to look cool like an 18 year old...DWL

<span style="font-style: italic">HAHAHAHA</span> yes i have the 2010 xB ! (and i <span style="font-style: italic">really</span> wanted the older boxy one....i actually loved their funky unique look. but it was too late for me, they had already been updated, and the new ones look truly weird - cause they're neither here <span style="font-style: italic">nor</span> there; more like halfway between a refrigerator and a wannabe SUV.)

On the plus side, the 2010 xB has more utility space, and the interior is much nicer too. so is ok i got the goofy lookin more round-ish one.

but - i do think the Cube and the HHR are even FUGLIER than my ugly-but-SO-handy sideways refigerator It's kinda grown on me too, doesn't look quite so fugly to me as it once did.

but anyways i didn't get it for looks, i got it for utility -- it can haul nearly as much as my old pickup truck.... and has the same heavy-4 engine as a Camry .....but cost half as much ....

I do not understand the Ford Flex. I drove in one when the dealer picked me up when my Escape was in the shop. No 4wd, why bother with it then? Low on the ground

As for the HHR, when traveling on my job, Avis always has these and I get claustrophobic driving with me alone in the car .Unlike the Mini Cooper or the VW bug which are cute and ugly and way cool the HHR just has &quot;spinster chariot&quot; written all over it.

Yah it has the &quot;heavy&quot; 4-cylinder...... same engine as the Camry, but at half the price ... can't argue with that now can I-?!

and i cannot tell a lie - i would not have wanted the older model with a standard 4-cyl, not after driving a 6-cyl 4X4 all these years. ida felt like i was drivin a tuna can with wheels.

of course the tradeoff is i don't get the same high mpg as you probly do....the older xB's get about 35 mpg, with the heavier engine i get about 28.

Still better than my '93 pickup with 200-K miles, which had deteriorated to about 16 mpg even with babying it, properly tuning it up all the time, and using high-mileage <span style="font-style: italic">everything</span> in it. As much as i <span style="font-style: italic">adored</span> that truck and never wanted to give it up, it was time for it to retire, and i could not afford to replace it at today's prices. *sigh*

uummmm - those are some ugly cars fe real... well IMO

someone else said it right - beauty is in the eyes of the beholder...

no - my car did not make the list - my other vehicle is 10 years old so nuh qualify since they are referring to 2010 models right?
