(Reuters) - Fast growing Korean manufacturer Hyundai Motor (005380.KS) and its Kia Motors (000270.KS) affiliate shared the top spot for crash safety in a broad review of 2011 models.

<span style="font-weight: bold">Kia Optima, Sorento named Best Buys</span>

The designation comes from Consumer Guide Automotive, which also gave a nod to the Sportage.

I have a 2002 Sportage that has been very reliable. I would love to upgrade to a Sorento.

Hyundai made really bad cars when they first came out...They have come a long way good on them
