Sarah Reinertsen was the first female leg-amputee to complete the Ironman Triathalon when she crossed the finish line in 2005. While one of her legs may be mechanically constructed, Reinertsen has found a way to find comfort in her body.

Hope Solo's nude cover for the 'Body Issue' is just part of the exposure she's gotten lately. She's currently cha cha-ing her way into viewers hearts on the thirteenth season of Dancing With the Stars.' It all started with the U.S. goalie becoming the breakout start of the 2011 Women's World Cup. In August, Solo tweeted 'Being naked outside is very liberating....atleast I hope it will be @ESPN and @ESPNMAG!!! GAMETIME BABY! Ball up!' She was hinting at her soon to be sex symbol status.
