Print Hyperlink - help

Hi Team,

Need your help with this one ..
had my e-mail address in a word documents ..
for years it would print in the document on my printer ok ..
it would also allow someone to contact me by just clickin on it in the document ..
now it won't print in the document or allow an open by clicking on it ..
but it still shows up in my documents underlined in blue as always ..

Did you check print pictures in the word document?
The link could have been treated as a pic,because it is incased in code,so that the program would not print out the whole code,instead of the link.
In that case the code may be treated just like a pic. So unless you include the command print oictures,it may not be included.
just as it will ignore th ebackground pic unless tou include the command.
