i keep losing connection, however it is showing me that the wifi is still connected. this is happening on my phone and laptop. i have to keep turning wifi on and off in order to browse.

the browser will be "connecting" or "contacting" a site forever and ever amen but it wont say "cant find" or nething like that.

please say the problem is this badwerd inernet and not my precious precious gadgets. an to mek matter worse all the neighbour dem lack up dem wifi u cyan piggy back pan nobaddy again

If yuh having di issue on two units, den is most likely yuh connection an not di units.

First did yuh try un-plugging yuh system an rebooting di modem an router?

If dat noh wuk, den it is possible dat yuh ISP, or servre wan ah dem servers along di way is having issues.

By di way, reboot yuh laptop/PC also.

mi restart the laptop multiple times.
mi just go unplug and replug the modems. so far so good mek we see wah gwane now. looks like u mite have been on to something...
