I used to be a Circuit City girl but the last time I went in there I had to stand there and wait for over 30 minutes just for me to ask a question. My ole friend said that the store had cut back on employees and they aren't paid on comission any longer. Well there was a time when as soon as you stepped inside they would bug the heck out of you, now it's like a ghost town.

I jumped online to see what PC's Best Buy had they had more choices to pick for and seems like they have better prices. The little guy spent a lot of time answering questions. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/breakdance.gif[/img]
The next day I did buy a PC from Best Buy. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/nahnahnay.gif[/img]


One store I won't buy from is Comp USA, the guy practically ignore me and went running and skinning his teeth in some White man's face. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad.gif[/img] I had the last laugh cause after him talking and talking the guys told him they weren't going to buy anything. C-USA is one store I don't really buy from because of their re-stockin policy. They want to charge you a percentage of your refund on returned items. Where is the middle-finger icon around here when you need it? [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/desdentado.gif[/img]

I have a friend who told me when he worked for Comp USA, when he was in college. You are right he says they charge consumers a lot, can't repeat what he calls them. you guys have made your point about compUsa (I havent been there as it is not convenient for me to reach there) but they are going out of business (at least in my area)!!!

I went cause someone suggested it [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/agood.gif[/img] As soon as I got there I noticed that they had all of the Black male employees at the registers. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/whistle.gif[/img] The salesmen were all White males, I had been looking for a while and finally this guy comes up and half asks did I need any help. I tell him the laptop that I am looking for that I saw on line, which was close to $800.00. He tells me they don't have that one in stock and then proceeded to leave. Now I have worked in sales and there was no way I would have left like that I would have shown the customer another one that was a little more expensive. He saw 2 White guys standing at the Mac computers, just chatting away he stands up there grinning thinking he's going to make a big sale. The men asked him a question or two then told him no they weren't interested in buying anything and then they left.
