Telephone Fraud Notice

So I have a new plan with Verizon that gives me 300 international minutes per month for $10. Have been using it to call Jamaica. As Sandy approached Jamaica, my calls began rerouting to Verizon Fraud Center

Turns out that they are investigating calls to Jamaica as a result of the lottery scam. Lawd.

Lol! I don't think it any different than the fraud lock on the credit card. I guess they don't believe I can drive three hours and be 200+ miles away from my home location and want gas...on the same day. Oh, then to top it off, they want my whole social security number over the cell phone. Yeah right.

That's why I carry multiple credit cards, so I just use another when crap like that occurs, then deal with it when I get home.
