I accidentally clicked on a link in an email
I was just in my linked in account.
Then received an email saying i had 2 mesages in my inbox and click pan it too fast to open it up.
Th link went nowhere so I turn off the wireless on the laptop, doing a full scan now.
Doubt it will find anything, but where would i look fi de culprit fi extricate it from mi premises???
The real link when I hover the mouse over the link is http://melbournnaturalfertility.com.au/track.php?c005 "DON"T CLICK ON IT!!!
Now when ever I open my email micosoft office. I see a window open real quick and disappear.

Even from people you know. Best practice is type in the URL of the site yourself instead of using a link in a message. Example is youtube. For each youtube link, there is an identifier You can search on that identifier on youtube. That link you listed appears to just sign you up for more spam, but some can be dangerous. The spoofed sites look quite real and unless you know what you're doing, it's easy to mistake them for the real thing.
