"Bench on a Quest" NBA project - ideas needed!!

I'm starting the "Bench on a Quest" project... the analogy is "the court is like a battlefield". I'm using Modern Army Hierarchy to represent the LA Clippers Second Unit as a platoon:

• Pvt. Eric Bledsoe, Covert Operations Expert
• Pvt. Trey Thompkins -- Occupation: Communications, Technician,
• Pvt. Ryan Hollins -- Radar Repairer.
• Pvt. Ronny Turiaf -- Occupation: ???
• Sergeant Willie Green -- Occupation: Artillery Expert
• First Lieutenant Lamar Odom -- Occupation: Demolitions and Ordnanceman Expert
• Second Lieutenant Matt Barnes -- Occupation: Elite Marksman

• Major Grant Hill -- Occupation: Commanding Officer
