I am trying to print a document that is 5.88 x 7.5" and the printer is still printing as if it is 8.5 x 11". I have changed the settings in the preferences to this current paper size but it is not working. What can I do? I have an HP all in one.

Re: Printer Issues
The paper is 5.88 x 7.5
I adjusted the settings and also there is a slide in the paper tray that can be adjusted to the width of the paper. I did all that and still getting bad prints. Also it says that the paper size I selected does not match the paper in the printer but I put the measurement that I see written on the package. \0/

Re: Printer Issues
Here is where I think your problem is. You are trying to use a non-standard paper size. Your printer and the industry is set up for certain dimensional paper. A4 which is basically standard 8.5 x 11+ paper. You are trying to fit between a an A5 and a
B6 size paper. Which your printer does not understand with its default built in settings. Try going under the “Effects” setting of your printer properties and look for a "% of normal size" box. You can use that to reduce the size little by little until it fits your needs. It is usually set to 100%.
