BTW, sumaddy tell mi what is di diffrance between watching a HD TV and a regilla one. And since mi no noe much (almose nutten) bout dem sitten yah, can somebody tell mi if soona or lata (more soona) wi naw go able fi get no picho pan di TV set if is not a hige def. one?

High Definition is not a transmission standard,but a picture quality standard. As a result you will be abkle to use yoyr regular (standard definition)TV and see the picture,but they transmission standard will be changed from Analog to digital transmission. With ethe new digital transmission you will need a box to recieve normal over the air transmissuon on your regular TV,or you will havce to bvuy a TV with digital tuner instead.
You will still be able to but standard definition or high definition ,but they mew TVs will all gave digital tuners instead of the analog tuners that they have now.

The advantage with digital transmission is that it is able to carry an unlimited number of channells on the same sppectrum,while the analog tranmission bands a re full to capacity or near capacity and that limits the amount of money the state can make by selling the spectrum.
(allways the last part is a joke.
So you don't have to worry about definition when you buy yoyr next TV. The important think to look for is digital tuners.
