Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working

I'm getting this message. I can't copy, move, delete, export or import anything into this computer. This is the studio computer so i can't even import files I need fi work on fi smaddy as windows explorer keeps crashing and restarting the desktop.

I watched this video but I don't want to delete anyting in de registry if mi nuh kno wah de problem is

can I just get/find the exe file and reinstall it and have it working properly again?

Did you install an outdated device driver? Possibly virus... have you ran a virus scan?

What was the last thing that happened between when it was working and when it stopped working? Was there an automated virus scan done or did someone try to 'help' you and did something to the pc? I've seen this issue/error when I removed the Rogue anti-virus from several PCs. Try the steps in the link and let us know if it works. I have some other ideas.
