I don't know if anyone has ever had trouble wid dem, but dem customer service really getting to mi man.

Laptop bought in Feb2007
Found out screen was flickering,battery not secure, DVD Rom not working
Didn't want to bring it back yet because I was in school
Brought it in during Spring Break
Dem fix de drive, tell me dem no have no LCD screen and nuttn nuh wrang wid de battery
Took it back because I wanted to do mi projects for school
De ting now start shut dung pan it own
So now, it's the screen, battery and shutdown and won't start back up
Sent it in, dem seh dem fix it
Screen still flickering - battery secure but as soon as mi tek it out and put it back in (because it shut down again), it a rattle again
Sent it back in
Dem seh nuttin nuh wrong, yet dem upgrade from F26-27 (don't ask)
Picked it up last monday de 13th. Installed virus ting and de ting won't start up - saying the memory won't read. Dem trouble shoot bout 10 time and dem get it to work. Next day, de sittn shut dung. Mi a call dem from last week Wednesday and all now de case manager dem (who can gimme a new machine) no call mi back. Now school stawting Monday - and mi really no pleased men.
Anybody ave any suggestions....and buyin a new laptop outta de Q
