HP ^%$$ PRINTER!!!!

i HAVE A 2350 ALL IN ONE AND AS OF LATE...OOPS SORRY FOR CAPS. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif[/img] it nah work because it says the tri color cartridge is not intended for use with this printer although it IS the right one. Did a little research and found that it was a known glitch with HP so mi download the patch off the website and it still nah work. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/bexbad.gif[/img] Anyone had this prob and what you do to resolve it???/

Yes ...nothing works [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-bawlout.gif[/img]... it is a known issue and HP won't fix it...have to get a new printer. I need a good all in one...any suggestions?

Sounds like the ink cartridge may not have been installed all the way in, or was slightly cocked. The jolt from the drop seems to have set it in right.

It is still a known glitch with this line of HP prniters and I tried to install the patch on the product website that was supposed to prevent this from happening and I always get an error message after running the program.
