wen i click to turn off mi computa, the hourglass stay fi bout 15mins before the options come up where i can click the turn off the computer option...an den it tek long fi switch off...why

Mi noh kho ah who name JT, but anyway mi wi ansa di question fi him.

Try running yuh clean up tools (ad-aware, Spybot, virus scanner) pan yuh PC. Suppen ah hag tek up residence inna yuh RAM memory. As wi sey ah JA, it ah squatta.

You could also have a corruption an need to run check disk tool.

tonk u..u tink is smaddy teck ovah mi computa an mi no know cause one time wen mi a try log awf it come up wid if mi wan fi switch users....an u done know seh mi parro bad bad

I doubt it. You probably accidentally jus clicked pan di log-off butten insteada ah di turn-off button. Under dem conditions deh ie will ask yuh dat deh question.
