Here is another sign of the slow death of the Blackberry. BBM which was the flagship app of the company and the reason why most people kept their blackberrys is now going to be available on the Android/iPhone this weekend. See the story below...Source: BBC

BBM to be available on Android and iPhone this weekend



BlackBerry Messenger will be available to download on iPhone and Android smartphones from this weekend. BBM was previously only available on BlackBerry phones but will now be available as a free download from the Android and iOS app stores.
Users will be able to see when their messages have been delivered and read, and share photos with friends - just like on a BlackBerry.
BlackBerry says BBM video calling will be added to the app soon.
BlackBerry faces tough competition from other messaging apps with similar features, like Apple's iMessage which launched in 2011.

You never know! Remember, Apple was literally days away from going under when they made their miraculous turnaround. I highly doubt it will be the case here though.

If dem could com up wid an app dat write text message by jus using lip gestures (similar tuh how Jcans talk tuh eachother silently). Yuh jus add small transparent sensors pan di inside, or outside ah yuh mouth. Would bi great wen yuh in meetings, movies, plays,......etc. Hopefully, people noh tink yuh ah suffer from tourette syndrome.
