I have to cancel both my wireless and internet services in the New Year and I am already dreading the expeience.
Two things about the video....
One, I love the idea of recording the call, I will be doing the same.
Two, he is lucky to find someone (a real person) to talk to, many of these companies make it impossible to talk to a fellow human and just try finding the number to call to cancel service! It is usually a specific number which is burried deep within their web site.

Mi already cancelled all mi premium channels. Nex ting will bi di basic cable, as soon as mi switch mi internet company.
