transferring pictures from my phone

k. i took a pile of pics on my phone. i don't want to lose them. i plugged in the charger to my phone, took off the big knobby and plugged that part into the computer, but not one striking thing happened.

the little thing popped up that said i plugged in a device but i are confused.

go into "my computer" see what drives you have listed ..you should see the phone(as some kind of removable drive) ..click on it and see what folders you have...

thats as technical as i get
