Usually associated with memory conflict between two actions being carried out.

To dorrect it. Restore your computer to the most recent point before you have that message. Usually it happens when you add some software that is not properly integrated with the OS.
I trust you know h0w to restore.

There are multiple reasons for runtime errors. When it ask you about debug, that is usually associated with something in Internet Explorer, Javascript, or one of the programming languages. (Visual Basic, C, etc.) It could also be caused by a virus, hijacks, lack of memory, lack of hard drive space, hardware issue on the hard drive, installing a program that overwrote something with an older file and the list goes on and on.

So to help, need to know what you doing, when it occurs, how much memory you have in the pc, when you last did a virus scan, when you last updated the virus definitions, when you last did a spyware/hijack scan, etc.
