The easy way to never have link issues again is that when you are finished working on your project, save it and then make sure you go to "File" in the menu bar and then scroll down to "Package". The dialog box that appears may ask you if you have any printing instructions? If not then click on "continue". Then another dialog box will appear and it will ask you what you want to package along with your project, ie. linked graphics, fonts, etc... . The end result will be that you have your project neatly packaged in a folder with all the supporting linked files and fonts.

In the future, each time you open the project and add new supporting files (a new picture, a logo, etc....) you will need to save it and then re-package it. If your project is packaged then you should never have that darn "Missing Ling" alert again.
