Sure I can do a trip report, didn't know anyone was interested really... LOL... I had posted from Ghana before and got a few responses but not a lot of interest so I never bothered. Will do in the coming weeks, as internet access is very limited for me right now.

BIG congrat's to Jessica!!! It's a wonderful field to get into The marriage, congrat's too, but I'm more excited about the career LOL!!!

(((Swedish!!!)))) Hey how did you know I was thinking about you the other day wondering how you're doing??? yes, I would LOVE to come and visit! When I was there it was the second week of August and the weather was beautiful. Actually, it was just like here only it stayed light later, till around 10:30 then, I think.

I would love to roam Stockholm with you. It was fun alone but would be better if I had a friend to share the times with!

You would love it now. It's just amazingly beautiful. Not tropical but another gorgeous. The forest and the flowers and it's been really warm here and the sun doesn't go down until well after midnight. Stockholm is just a short train trip away and they have all kinds of events there in the summer...concerts, art exhibits, etc. I would love to explore and wander all around that amazing city. Anytime you want to come. Will PM u my mobile number...lol...sorry cell number...
Stockholm is still small enough to wander through.

I'm doing all right..still no work but I look at it as a long extended much needed vacation just chilling with my 100 year old grandmother who is still full of salt and vinegar. (small confession..the days do seem endless sometimes). Miss you all and I just got the internet here...(yes it is a small village with hardly any connection) so I will be able to be on here more often now.

I'm glad u had a wonderful birthday....and do I see a trip to Ja in your future too?

ps...I'm truly so grateful for all the friends I have made here.....miss you all so much...and a special thank you to Bandy who has kept me from going totally insane....without her weekly calls I don't know what I would have done. Living back in Sweden has been a trip and a half....even though I am a Swede it's been like moving to a foreign country. perhaps I will do a report about it in the non jam report section.

Oh Sweedie! I will love to plan a visit! Maybe next summer! I have many other places I want to go before I go back to Jamaica. Sweden might be one! I remember the summer I went to both! Jamaica in June and August, Sweden...that, was the cat's meow!

I would also love to go visit some glass blowing places and factories. I remember when I wandered through the amusement park in Stockholm across the river from the Diplomat I wished I had someone to ride the rides with! I loved Old Towne! I wandered into a reggae concert in downtown, and that was big fun! at night I would go to the Diplomat bar whee I had a free account and order a beer and wander to other places with it, lol...

I'm very busy this summer setting up my glass studio so I won't be traveling anywhere but I am happy doing what I am doing right now. I figure I will start to make travel plans for next summer over this coming winter. I will have to wait and see what airfare looks like! Last time I flew in business class, lot's of room and I felt sorry for the people in the downstairs section who were crowded. HA! that will be me next time!
