This is probably an old topic, discussed upteen times however I hope you can help me. Please recommend any of your favorite restaurants in Negril that serve tasty food lol, thank you!

on the Beach.....Cosmos, Miss Sonia, Kuyaba, Fatties, Best in the West and the soup guy outside the live music venues at nite...

on the Cliffs....3 Dive, Choices, LTU, Serious Chicken....I've also heard nice things about the buffet at Seastar on Saturday(?) nites....

Agreed on Cosmos and Kuyaba. Sweet Spice is off the beach and further into town but worth a visit if you want a restaurant with more of a 'local' feel to it. Of course, there's Rick's Cafe - touristy and trendy but still a lot of fun.

Chef Juniors on the cliffs, about halfway down on the land side. Hard to find but well worth it.

Fattys on the Blvd, but again on the land side. Sits back from the road near a motorbike rental place, across from Merrils II.

She has more...and I guess the others are there now just eating up a storm! I know there are others check out Vi's toasting champagne...trip report she hit quite a few places...

are you interested in which kind of food?

special nights out, or just for serious dinners:
Kuyaba, Mariposa, Sunrise Club, Rockhouse, LTU

box food:
one mile, sweet spot near to shamrock (the best OJ due to a secret recipe of oranges)

Dave mentions Miss Sonia, and what I like to tell people is she is not just known for patty, which is a recipe handed down through her family, but also what is a very cool thing to do would be to have her cook up a full blown dinner and set her off with a 20 or so per person- you just tell her what you want, curried lobster, curried chicken, fried chicken, beef, roti on the side, whatever, you just talk to her and set it up for later or the next day. Her son has quite a few inventive sauces and relishes, and killer lime aid.

You would also never know it, but she maintains about a dozen orphans so you will be supporting a saint of a woman in much needed efforts.
