To my way of thinking...a "top" beach is one NOT infested with a throng of thong. [especially if it's 'covering' old saggy bottoms like mine.]

Therefore some of the beaches on the South Coast...like the Billy's Bay area...are far more relaxing...and far less strewn with local 'salespeople'....due mainly to the distinct lack of tourists.

Up here...between mid October and mid May...any Jamaican beach would qualify. No matter where one lives...the grass is always greener...and the beaches more enticing...on the 'other' side.

I should say Ocho Rios beach (formerly Turtle Beach) but the last few times I swam there I got a rash

so 7 Mile and Puerto Seco and reggae Beach
