Trip from Jamaica to Cuba- any advises?

Hi,
I'm still planning my activities for our trip. I'll be on Jamaica (yes, it's my first time ) from middle Nov. to 5. of dec.
Someone told to me, that is also possible for example from Montego Bay to take a trip to Cuba (just for sightseeing) for 2 o 3 days with a a Fair. I'm from Slovenia, Europe.

Do you have any advises how to do that? Do I get such trips in TuristOffices?

If you make it to Cuba, I would recommend heading to Havana for three nights. Cuba is a big island but Havana is the hub. There are many hotel choices in Havana. One hotel I like is the Hotel Ambos Mundo. It is right in the middle of Old Havana and has a lovely rooftop bar/restaurant with a view of the city and harbor. Jamaica and Cuba are only 90 miles apart, but in every other way they are really worlds apart.
