Greetings,
I come back to this site periodically and usually do not post. I've been a member though since 2000 and spend about 2 to 2 and a half months a year in Jamaica, not all in one stretch.
I really wish someone would take charge of the calendar and post all events island wide. I take in more music here or in Canada than down there although I would plan on seeing certain artistes if I knew in advance where and when they would be performing. I would also take in more cultural events again if I they were posted on the calendar. Personally, I think more people might venture out of their all inclusives to take in a show, festival, play or other local event if they knew about it before booking their trips.
Just a suggestion that I believe is more than doable with input from the various private and governmental entities in the know.
Soon come for the Christmas holidays.
