Iver's Jerk pork stand on the road coming down from Southfield toward Treasure Beach... pan di right.
But Iver ongly deh pan Friday an Sattiday an sometime when yuh get deh di poak finish... ...like LASS time mi did deh!!

My place or a friend's place wins hands down. Not that I haven't enjoyed good food out, but nothing like home cooked. And sometimes the best is cooked over wood fire.

Miss Bevvy's cookshop pan di far end of Great Bay mek a wikkid fry chicken!!

Mi frens modda an wife both make some lovely curry lobstah as well as curry pork. An doan knock ie til yuh chry ie!!

It amazes me how one can cook perfect fried chicken over a wood fire. I can't even get it right on the stove-top!!
