Travel Insurance?

Anyone have any experience or recomendations about travel insurance? Coming to Jamaica in Sept and am curious if I should get some sort of insurance in case the trip gets cancelled due to hurricane seasonal problems.

i would get the insurance

it's also good if you get sick down there

or have to be medivac'd out of there

and the cost of the insurance is not dear
