While i was in jamaica in july, there was a random stop of most taxi from cornwall courts to downtown it was just after 11pm
and while searching my purse by a female cop she dropped my digital camera it was dark so i could not see very well and it was hard to see anything but the big guns and black gear they were wearing. well anyways the next day when i tried to use my camrea i noticed that the inner screen was broken. I went to the police station to file a complaint but they never wrote anything down and asked me question as if i had done something wrong or even worse broke my own camera. The next day i went to the tourist board to make the same complaint and was given the same runaround and was asked if my insurance was still effective and given another number to another officer.
it was all [censored] and they need to take better care searching people's personal property and this is not just because i dont live in jamaica. They were just so cold and non caring. officer m dennis and Erica clarke an the tourist board thanks for nothing.
