55 degrees this morning. Nice for sleeping, but... Summah finish fi chrue!
I'm sure we'll have some beautiful days ahead, but once we get this cool down end of August, you know it's the beginning of the end.
I love the fall, but just wish it led into something other than the Dubya word!!
Farmers Almanac is calling for colder than normal winter. USWS is saying warmer... I'm goin with the Weather Service guys.

morning good people,
not a whole lot going on here, just work and trying to stay cool and keep my creative energy alive.

here's what's happening in my little spot, this morning.

men are digging a ditch along the driveway to sink the water pipes that are now laying exposed on top of the wall.



fishing boats coming in close to my yard to pick up fish pots.



my neighbors are making headway on the new grocery store they are building.



And my Luna taking it easy, as she always does on the veranda.

M~ that's the mother of the babies, and she's going to pop again soon. I found out the cost of fixing her has gone up to $7,000 J, that's more then what I have to spend right now, luckily for me everyone wants one of my kittens where they are born. They are always, healthy and strong, no shortage on homes.

Here are pictures of the last batch, geeze it's not easy for me to give them away, I a lot, but for them to have a good life and find the best homes I can.

This gray fluffy one, we had a special love for each other.

You know what M, I NEVER liked cats much, always a dog lover, but when their Mother, Midnight adopted me and my home, that changed my opinion of cats. These cats of mine LOVE their babies, and team up, mother and aunty to care for them, it's quite remarkable. Now I have Midnight's babies and grand babies. Such is life, you never know the hand you will be dealt.

Used to be $3,500 then it doubled.

I have to sell more jewelry this season, remember I have two Mom cats.
