I originally dated this one around 1978, but I'm thinkin it was closer to 1973 or 74... I think i was 18-ish. This was from an old ID I had when the drinking age was only 18 here in MA.

I know the date on this one was june 19, 1976. I wasn't quite 20 yet and was in my friend's wedding.


She was 17 & pregnant. The bridesmaids dresses were leftover prom dresses that we got for $14 (the bride's was $13 from the Filene's basement bridal sale) The hat was $1.00 and we paid 10 cents for the ribbon to match the dresses.
The shoes were about 4 inch heels with a 1" platform... CFMPs
My dad's friend gave us a deal on flowers and the reception was at the gromm's sister's house. She had an in-ground pool that we all ended up in, including the bride... gowns & all.
We were a class act!!

I hung with some pretty rough characters at that age!

JMiss, I've been doing the same with my pics, but taking photos of them first. Bet you were a lovely young woman.
