Seastar Inn is the cheapest I have found so far.

I also have been checking deals for three weeks from December 4-25 in Negril. I have found some, but haven't decided yet. For which dates and for how many people are you asking? I could pass some of the deals I received on to you. Mine are for tight budget / basic accomodation though.
